We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Please note that the "Blue Haven Studio" apartment is attached to the back of this home, but it's completely separate w/ its own entrance/keypad and there are no shared spaces.

The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Secluded mountain escape with blazing fast WIFI (gigabit fiber optic). I've been personally building this studio for 2 years, and can’t wait to share my vision and hard work with you. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests. No pets allowed, we love them.
