Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Im Winter ziehe ich allerdings auch Schuhe vor.

With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather permitting 1.6.-30.09.). We hope you can spend many beautiful hours in it! But you can also relax in the sauna or in the in-house pool or make yourself comfortable with a book or game in the apartment.
