The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Our apartment (Haus Hafenkompass) is in a quiet location and offers a high level of comfort. The floors and bathrooms were renovated in 2025, so everything is now very easy to maintain. The ground floor apartment has a terrace with a small garden that offers children and possibly a well-behaved dog spout. about 100 m away is a new playground, also two quaint fish restaurants nearby are very popular with our guests. The bedroom is equipped with an outside blind.

The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
