Quiet apartment on Rügen, ground floor with garden

We rent 3 quiet apartments on the Mönchgut peninsula in Baabe. They have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a good sofa bed for two people and an integrated kitchen, balcony or terrace (both with seating furniture) with a small garden, hallway and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge). There is a new playground and a quaint fish restaurant. One dog is allowed on the ground floor.

An indoor heated pool offers sweeping views of the Ostsee through floor-to-ceiling windows. The pool area is designed with modern tiles and a sleek edge, creating a serene atmosphere. Natural light filters in, enhancing the calm ambiance of the space.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The living area is highlighted by a large glass door, providing a stunning view of the water. A comfortable couch faces the view, complemented by modern seating and a small coffee table. Decorative elements include plants and fresh fruit on the table, enhancing the welcoming feel.

Hey, Welcome to the Dünenstern*-Cottage! Only 100 meters separate you from the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Behind you is the dune forest, ideal for beautiful bike rides and walks. In the chic cottage with sauna and jacuzzi you are a guest and enjoy high comfort. The location is terrific – just a few steps and you can feel the wonderful white sandy beach under your feet. In winter, however, I also prefer shoes.

From the simple, restrained cottage on 50 sqm it is just a few meters to the natural beach. Cycling along the Baltic Sea, kite surfing in the shallow water or hiking through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

Very quiet and idyllically located at the spa park "Friedensberg." It is only 350 m to the beach with the famous Sellin pier. Wilhelmstrasse with its historic spa architecture is right next door. The EDEKA market can be reached in 1.3 km. Aldi, Lidl and Netto can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

My accommodation is located in the beautiful Sellin on the island Rügen, not far from the beaches and the center. Restaurants and food, as well as supermarket, bakers and small shops are directly in front of the door. It is 15 minutes to the famous pier and 10 minutes to the beach.
