Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Im schicken Cottage mit Sauna und Whirlpool bist du zu Gast und genießt hohen Komfort. Die Lage ist grandios – nur wenige Schritte und du spürst den herrlichen weißen Sandstrand unter deinen Füßen. Im Winter ziehe ich allerdings auch Schuhe vor.

100m from the beach (in the house sea view) the apartment is ideal for a beach holiday. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather permitting 1.6.-30.09.). We hope you can spend many beautiful hours in it! But you can also relax in the sauna or in the in-house pool or make yourself comfortable with a book or game in the apartment.
