For bicycle enthusiasts, ½ mile off the Seaway Bicycle Trail. This one story house is has a full kitchen, linens provided. Parking includes area to park a boat trailer.

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

There is a bakery, an ice cream shop and a tavern within walking distance with other shopping and dining options right nearby. The apartment has a small bathroom with a nice sized shower. The kitchenette has a hotplate, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator as well as basic cookware, dining set and silverware. The apartment opens to a nice backyard that guests are welcome to enjoy.
