Independent housing in Aubière. Bedding 160x200, shower and separate toilet. TV via chromecast (Molotov, Prime, Netflix). microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle, plates and cutlery. Includes: - breakfasts (coffee, tea, milk, Nesquik, fruit juice, madeleine, cereals, honey, jam, Nutella...), -the sheets (bed made on arrival), - Towels, body wash and shampoo. This 56 m2 suite, giving access to a private terrace of more than 15 m2 overlooking a pond, combines contemporary style and the character of old stonework. A large unoverlooked glass area will allow you to feel at one with nature. Guests can relax by the pyramid fireplace (lit from October to the end of April) as well as in the suite's private spa (jacuzzi). Breakfast will be offered with a sweet or savory option according to your preferences.

Our house is intended for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. -We offer a studio: Dining table, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen - Internet -Toilet and shower - Bed (1600x2000) - bed (1200x1900) -Only dogs are accepted: We ask for an extra €15 per stay per dog not exceeding 40cm at the withers, beyond this size the surcharge amounts to €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
