We are very proud of our smaller home boasting a big personality with its cozy amenities that it offers so that our guest can truly enjoy their stay with no worries. This is a shotgun style home which means that you enter through the enclosed porch area into the living room & the home goes straight back with no halls & an open bedroom area in between. Very typical of the age & style of this Schnitzelberg neighborhood. It is on street parking & most times parking close to the home is no problem.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Walkable to the EXPO Center and very close to everything in Louisville. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, large living room, and a full bathroom. You also get access to the suite in the basement with a queen bed, a full murphy bed, another full bathroom, a kitchenette, living space and a stocked laundry upon request. Less than 2 1/2 miles to historic Churchill Downs, less than a mile to Nord's famous bakery, Sunergos Coffee, Monnick Beer Company, Check's Bar & Grill, The Post and more. A short drive to the local restaurants and unique shops of Bardstown Road, NuLu and Frankfort Avenue. No Louisville locals can stay at this location.

Delectable Delor

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.
