The apartment is on the upper floor with private access, 2 balconies and parking space for 1 car. It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The approximately 40 m² romantic apartment in the main house from the 16th century is located in the idyllic village center in Sahrendorf, a small heath village south of Hamburg. Handmade woodwork and lovingly selected pieces of furniture create a very special atmosphere. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024. The originality of the listed farmhouse was deliberately retained in order to preserve the rural-nostalgic atmosphere.
