Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Nice 80qm flat at the ground floor, completely new built in 2018, with Sauna, backyard, fire place, bathroom with bathtube and big shower and completely equipped Kitchen. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

Quiet and beautiful apartment in Aschaffenburg

The penthouse in our house is about a 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district of Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and by the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

Small 2 bedroom apartment

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 room apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

You can reach us quickly and conveniently via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469. We offer cyclists a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.
