The house consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen and an open-plan living room with a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, a new bathroom and two rooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural property, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping, and playground. Primitive Wooden Cabin located in the forest. Close to Bredeådal (natura 2000) with fine hiking and fishing opportunities. Draved old-growth forest and Rømø/Wadden Sea (UNESCO) are also within reach by car. There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The cottage is 500 meters from the farm (access by car) where you can use your private bathroom, toilet. incl. firewood/charcoal.

RÖMÖ DREAM HOUSE, 133 sqm, 5000 sqm private property

On a pristine 5000 sqm natural plot in Havneby in the southern part of Rømø with a location away from traffic, lies this beautiful and brand new cottage of 121 sqm for 6 people. The house has a huge kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms, laundry room with washer/dryer. Lightning-fast internet and a TV package with Danish, German and Nordic channels. On the large hilly heathland, there are both roe deer and hares. Northern Europe's best beach and largest beach. The Wadden Sea is a National Park. We speak German and English.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is approx. 100 m2, and has air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a rollaway bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Guesthouse 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill. Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Holiday home with thatched roof in Fanø style with partially covered terrace and garden with shelter and annex. The house is located on a natural plot with various places to hang out and enjoy the nature. Sønderho and Sønderho Beach is within walking distance. The house has two bedrooms, a loft and a kitchen family room with access to terrace and outdoor kitchen with gas grill. If you drive an electric car, you can charge with type 2 or CEE connectors in the driveway. Welcome!

This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It impresses with relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting: in the morning the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day in the spacious living and dining area and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

This beautiful, newly renovated apartment is located in the middle of the Fahretoft district. The loggia and the garden with a cozy seating area and a beach chair offer plenty of space to relax. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open living-cooking area complete the offer. You can book linens and towels for €15 per person or bring your own. We charge a fee of €5 per dog per day. Please let us know this before your arrival.
