Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten, 55 qm grossen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Süd-Balkon, in der wir Ihnen ein " Heim fern von zuhause " bieten möchten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Fahrräder haben einen Abstellort auf dem Grundstück, ihr Auto einen eigenen Stellplatz.

Holiday apartment with a large garden at the Ruhr

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

The light-flooded attic apartment (2nd floor) is quietly located in a side street and thus offers pure relaxation! You can reach us from the A44 highway in just 10 minutes. The little ones can let off steam in the schoolyard next door with a climbing frame and space to play ball. A parking space is available for you at your doorstep. In the village there is a restaurant, a golf course and a mini golf course. In addition, the local wildlife park is exciting for all ages. No smoking

Design chalet with lake view, sauna, fireplace & pool

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Haus Mühlenberg

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

Located directly on the river, 3.5 room large, classified by the German Tourism Association as 4 stars, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. Spacious apartment + terrace, grill, garden

Rural yet close to the city. A variety of excursion destinations and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.

Living between Lake Sorpe and Lake Möhne

Our 40 m² apartment is located in the heart of the Sauerland directly on the Arnsberger Wald nature park and the Ruhr Valley bike path. Despite the quiet location, there is a good highway connection to the Ruhr area. The property has extensive amenities and a terrace area. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion destinations. Vacation home "Till" on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path in Arnsberg

The apartment "Till" is located between the Ruhr terraces and the historic old town of Arnsberg in the immediate vicinity of the museum. Enjoy a lovingly furnished attic apartment for one to four people with two separate bedrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are provided and are included in the price, as are electricity, heating and Wi-Fi.
