Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. Gunter's Loft has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The loft is located in downtown Guntersville convenient to several restaurants. The historic building was built in 1930. The airbnb is located on the second level, so there is a separate entrance and exit for guest. The downstairs is a Spa owned by cultivated beauty. The arcade area is where guest can watch TV and play video games. There are 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 TV's, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked.

Lovely Studio Loft with Pool

Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. If you must smoke, please do so outside and away from the door and bring a butt can with you. I always offer discount stays on my excellent guest at any of my stays

The Hut at Brown's

The Hut is just under 400 square feet and designed for 2 guest with a front and back deck. Covered parking and a view of the lake. There is NO lake access but the view is great. The Hut sits on its own lot with a wide gravel circular drive and wood fencing for extra privacy. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a flat lot with big trees in the County not the city of Guntersville. launches close, 5 miles and downtown Guntersville is 10 miles.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We offer a lot for the space in this 1 bed 1 bath private getaway. Enjoy sitting on the dock or relax in the screened in sitting room while listening to the water fountain. You will be on the premises where we run a Husky kennel and at times will hear the howling of the pack. Bring food to cook on the Blackstone grill at the outdoor kitchen. Storm shelter access for guest at the cabin.

Situated on 1 acre allows plenty of space for your boat in a fenced yard. Host resides in separate home on site providing you with privacy yet assistance with anything you may need. Pets welcome. No puppies, dogs must be housebroken.

Update as of 04/2026: While I do accept pets, moving forward we can only house hypoallergenic dogs. Due to allergies, extreme shedding and cats destroying the furniture, we have decided to scale back on the dogs we allow.
