The accommodation is very quiet in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the fairy pond and the Alster. It couldn't be better! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. A part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! SPECIAL PRICE in winter months from 4 weeks! Please inquire!

In the completely renovated attic apartment you will find everything you need to feel good: modern bathroom with 2-person shower, fully equipped kitchen-living room, sofa bed with TV corner and a bedroom with king size bed. The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)
