Search for the coziness and tranquility of about 50 m2 of light and nice apartment under the loft in old abandoned broom. 1 of a total of 2 apartment. Newly renovated in the spring of 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to communal swimming pool. Ren Morten Koch idyllic in the countryside, but only 2.5 km to good shopping, and about 10 min drive to fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats, and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but in the second long. Fiber network and full TV package.

The house is practically furnished with good bedrooms with double and single beds respectively. In one loft there are two sleeping places and the other loft has 3 flat screens that you can connect your gamer/streaming equipment on, as well as an Air hockey table. In the pool room there is a 14 m2 swimming pool, a 5 pers. spa and a sauna. Close to beach as well as a quiet area that is also good for anglers.

Enjoy our new summerhouse - built in the middle of nature with alround seaview. Furnished for the large family to enjoy each other in the large kitchen-living-dining room, with space for everything from the big dinner, to the Tour De France on TV, reading with the children in the alcove or nap in the loft. Dannevang is ideal for 2 -3 families, a “grandparents' holiday” or a large family with many kids. This is not a typical holiday home, it is a twin house meaning you have 2 "houses" in one. The total area is 200m2. It is all under the same roof connected by a large covered terrace.
