The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.
