The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Il est idéalement situé entre lac d'Annecy (6 min) et les stations de ski du Grand bornand, La Clusaz (20 min) Au départ de nombreuses randonnées pédestres, cyclistes et à deux pas de sites renommés de parapente, Alex est un charmant village. L'appart est orienté Est, il est accolé à notre maison mais l'entrée est totalement indépendante. Bienvenue!

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
