Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Albigny, close to the beach with parking

The apartment, completely renovated, is on the 4th floor. It has a separate bedroom and 2 balconies overlooking a large listed park. You will be 500 m from Albigny Beach and close to all the small shops in the neighborhood of the same name. For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The proposed parking is located at the bottom of the building, it is an outdoor co-ownership parking lot with free placement.

Its location, ideal and quiet, will allow you to enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and the old town. It is located at the foot of the bike path around the lake, a 7-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, 15 minutes by bike to the old town, 20 minutes by car to the Col de la Forclaz (paragliding paradise) and 30 minutes by car to the La Clusaz ski resort.

It is conveniently located between Lake Annecy (6 min) and the Grand Bornand ski resorts, La Clusaz (20 min) Starting with many hikes, cyclists and close to renowned paragliding sites, Alex is a charming village. The apartment is oriented East, it is attached to our house but the entrance is completely independent. Welcome!
