Narrow shower, not suitable for large people, toilet, sink, washing machine. Private terrace. Pets excluded. Free parking. By car: 6 minutes from the U hypermarket, ski slopes 20 minutes (Bernex) or 40 minutes from the "Portes de Soleil", beaches 10 minutes, Geneva 1 hour and 1 hour 40 minutes from Chamonix.

Small studio facing the Mont Blanc massif,

The studio is a small building, one room 12 metres square, and a separate shower, 120cm square, and WC with basin. The price is low because its small, but there is everything you need. Its comfortable, warm and well insulated. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. There is limited wifi access on the balcony, but no signal inside. It is only available Sat to Sat during the school holidays. For stays of 5 nights or more linen and towels are provided, otherwise it can be hired.

Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.
