Very beautiful and spacious apartment decorated in a contemporary spirit. It is located in a 19th century palace that has kept all its old-world charm: Le Splendide. Herringbone parquet floors, ceiling height, moldings, frescoes, but also contemporary kitchen, large bedrooms, light, sun (triple exposure ) and large covered terrace, to take your meals on a magnificent wooded park and its lake view... for lovers of beautiful things:-)

A spacious bedroom features a wrought iron canopy bed, complemented by wooden flooring and exposed ceiling beams. Two armchairs provide additional seating, while large windows offer views of the surrounding landscape. A decorative fireplace adds character to the room's historic ambiance.
