Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Only 50 meters to a white, lovely sandy beach. Guest house of 45 sqm on one of Blekinge's best sandy beaches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed that is 160 cm and also a sofa bed for 1 person in the living room. Shower, toilet and washing machine. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen that can accommodate most things such as fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Large wooden deck with lovely morning sun. Patio in the evening sun, barbecue grill. Sun beds, beach chairs, bicycles.

(From November 1, 2025, we will only accept four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, it's just to relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

Cabin in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Unique cottage by lake. A modern holiday house located close to the lake. The house has no neighbours and the nearest house is 500 m away. Use the sauna and then go swimming in the lake. Fish in the lake (pike, perch, zander, etc). Hike in the beatiful nature or take a trip with the boat at the lake. A perfect place for relaxing and just beeing. Hässleholm 16 km far away. Hästveda 10 km fsr away. Skåne län.
