Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Stunning surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich bird life. 3 km to the sea. Endless bike paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Charming half-timbered house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp's hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. Patronhagen's B&B offers an overnight stay in a spacious two-story guesthouse. In the guesthouse there are 4 beds ( and access to a cot) in a combined sleeping and living room. Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).
