Open plan cottage 40 m², just 100 m from the beach

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Amazing New house by the sea!

Ny villa vid havet på 52kvm med all bekvämlighet som kan önskas. Stort soldäck med havsutsikt, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med panoramasikt ut över havet, dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar på övre plan samt bäddsoffa på nedre plan med tillhörande extra säng, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl/frys & diskmaskin. Städ som tillval 600:- SEK Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

Koppla av med familjen i detta fridfulla boende med stort trädäck dit solen når från morgon till kväll. Tomten är inhägnad så ni kan ha er hund med på semestern. Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, kyl, frys, spis och micro och i badrummet finns förutom toalett och handfat även ett badkar. Med cykel eller till fots når ni Sveriges vackraste strand i Knäbäckshusen på 10 minuter och i byn finns Franskans crêperie och Mandelmans trädgårdar. Sängarna finns på ett sovloft som nås via trappa.

Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandcafé. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, grill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Stuga i Juleboda/ Österlen intill Maglehem & hav

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

Ett fantasktiskt boende precis vid sandstranden på det vackra fiskeläget, Brantevik. Om harmoni och lugn ska placeras på ett ställe så är det här. Här väntar fantastiska promenad- och cykelvägar precis utanför dörren. Tar du dig söderut så får du uppleva det genuina Brantevik som övergår i det vackra "Grönet" som bjuder både på härliga bad vid klipphällar eller lugna, rofyllda promenader längs havet. Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.

Vänligen notera att vi under sommaren 2025 hyr ut hela veckor (byte på söndagar) under perioden: 20 juli - 17 augusti Ett gästhus byggt 2020 bara 250m från den underbara stranden. De 32m² är klokt planerade och rymmer två sovrum, kök med diskmaskin och badrum med tvättmaskin. Morgon- och förmiddagssolen lyser upp trädäcket på 35m².
