The property is located on the outskirts in the upper part of the 250 soul village of Aremberg between Blankenheim and Adenau. The height of 550 above sea level allows wide views over the countryside. The garden street is very quiet, it is at the same time the Ahrsteig. Nature lovers will be delighted, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is large, in the sky the Rotmilan draws its laps, woodpecker, middle woodpecker and green woodpecker look forward to the old trees.

Of course, a lot has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still a lot to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature vacation.
