The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Our spacious and fully equipped apartment "Anke-Rose" is located on the 2nd floor of our house in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler. On 85 square meters you will find a quiet oasis in a central location, divided into a bedroom, bathroom and living room, guest toilet, as well as a large kitchen with dining area. On the balcony, you can end your day of vacation with a glass of Ahr wine in the evening sun with a view of the vineyards. Another room allows more than 2 guests to stay.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Centrally located in Bad Neuenahr (approx. 10 minutes' walk to the spa house/casino) and yet quietly located at Kaiser-Wilhelm Park, this modern 2-room apartment in the basement offers many amenities such as TV, radio and free Wi-Fi. In addition to a separate bedroom with a double bed, the sofa in the living area can be converted into another bed. Free parking spaces are easy to find around the house.

Das Apartment wurde 2022 fertig gestellt und durch innovatives Raumdesign und viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Innenhof befindet sich zudem ein überdachter Freisitz.

The apartment Wiesenblick is located in the beautiful wine village of Heimersheim an der Ahr and offers, as the name suggests, a magnificent view of the meadows and forests of Heimersheim.
