Perfect for a group stay of up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace has garden furniture, gas grill and ping pong table in the summer months. The fireplace with seating is located separately on the beautiful grounds. The in-house PV system supplies the property with electricity.

It consists of a cozy living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by greenery without direct neighbors in the middle of meadows and fields, in a very quiet location.

This 40 m² property, situated between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has two single beds (1x2 m) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. An extra bed can be placed in the living room.

The 2.90 m high ceilings and the old double doors, as well as the real wood floor, make up the charm of this apartment.
