Der Flughafen ist zehn Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, und die Hamburger Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht und innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. zu erreichen. Die voll ausgestattete Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Garten mit Terasse, der Privatsphäre garatiert, und ist sehr kinderfreundlich.

Die Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Die Terrasse lädt zum Sonnen und Grillen ein. Das Parken im öffentlichem Parkhaus (200 m) ist kostenlos. Fahrräder stehen sicher auf dem Grundstück. Der Vermieter ist die nullviernull Tonproduktion, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine alte Bunkeranlage zu 11 wunderschönen Büros und Minilofts umbauen ließ. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe und zur BAB 7, Ausfahrt Bahrenfeld benötig man keine 4 Minuten.
