Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. In addition, there is a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
