The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

The city centre is a 4-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away. Two bicycles are available free of charge on request - please register when booking. Dogs for an extra charge. Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into a free field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cabinets). Double bed (2m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby bed. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.
