Approx. 3 min. walk to the market with cinema, shops and restaurants, university and bus stop. The apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with sitting area. Two bedrooms, one study room with dining table + fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom: one double bed and two single beds and small table for work or dining. Second bedroom: one double bed, bookshelves and even smaller desk for work. An apartment is located in first floor, we (me and my family) accommodate ground floor. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

(Family) vacation in Upper Lusatia

Our large, stylishly furnished family apartment offers very comfortable space for 2 adults and 3 children who want to spend their vacation in a scenic area and do not want to forego comfort and fun, even in the apartment. Located on the outskirts of Zittau, you can enjoy the view of the mountains, but you can still get supplies or go into town. By car you can make many excursions for young and old within a radius of 30 km! Feel free to ask ;)

You can park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are next door.
