Unsere große, stilvoll eingerichtete Familienwohnung bietet sehr komfortabel Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, die Urlaub in einer landschaftlich reizvollen Gegend machen wollen und dabei auf Komfort und Spaß, auch in der Wohnung, nicht verzichten wollen. Am Rand von Zittau gelegen, genießt man den Blick auf die Berge, kann sich aber noch gut versorgen oder mal in der Stadt gehen. Mit dem Auto kann man im Umkreis von 30 km viele Ausflüge für groß und klein unternehmen! Gerne Nachfragen ;)

Two bedrooms, one study room with dining table + fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom: one double bed and two single beds and small table for work or dining. Second bedroom: one double bed, bookshelves and even smaller desk for work. An apartment is located in first floor, we (me and my family) accommodate ground floor. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.

Stylové ubytování v srdci Jizerských hor, kde najde každý to své - ideální pro milovníky pěší i cyklo turistiky, pro skupinu přátel i rodinu s dětmi, pro hledače adrenalinu, kteří se vyřádí na Singltreku pod Smrkem i ty kteří hledají klid a relaxaci v přírodě.....a nebo s vínkem ve vířivce. Děti jsou u nás jako doma - mysleli jsme na ně. Najdou tu paradní domeček se skluzavkou, pískoviště, záhon borůvek, vlastní potůček a všechno ostatní, co mohou potřebovat.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.
