Our four apartments (two smaller ones on the ground floor and two larger ones on the first floor) have been lovingly and carefully restored using natural materials in a heritage-friendly manner. Each apartment has its own charm – a mix of old building elements, antique furniture, and modern comfort. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with the three largest also featuring a cozy wood stove. Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

Surrounded by nature, in perfect tranquility in a secluded location near the lake, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city on our family-friendly farm and simply unwind! There are beautiful, wide views over fields and meadows. The house - also suitable for small seminars - can accommodate 10-11 people and is comfortably furnished, with a fireplace and open kitchen. A large garden offers many possibilities, including barbecues and campfires! 🐕 are very welcome.

In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.
