Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery upstairs, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Just 300 metres from the holiday home, the beach of the seaside resort of Lubmin offers wonderful relaxation away from the mass tourism. Here your children can play and bathe in the shallow water.

Enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea with our beautiful apartment "Sassnitz" in Binz. The apartment is located in the spa architecture villa Concordia in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It's just 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed makes for a restful sleep, the large balcony that you can relax in the fresh air, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere when the weather does not play along.
