The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Charming apartment for two

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
