The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Welcome. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but it is located on the side of the yard so it is away from the main street. It is a two-room apartment on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a balcony. The entire area is beautifully landscaped with greenery. There are two entrances in the building, one of which is with a ramp for the disabled / prams. Nearby you will find a park, a gallery, shops, a promenade and the most beautiful beach 15 minutes away. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.
