Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Designed for 2 people, the room is about 55 m² and includes a bathroom, furnished kitchenette, sauna and shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The environment is wildly romantic with a lot of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

There is a large living room with a 1.80m wide bed, two single beds, a sofa bed, a large dining table, a TV (including amazon prime video), and a separate bedroom with a double bed.
