The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and the steep garden was extensively restored in almost 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

The former wine press house is located in Alf and is only about 100 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to feel good. Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace ( our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine fridge from the winemaker feeling - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends.
