Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Charming townhouse in central Ystad

At Stallgatan 12A, as central as it gets, you will find this beautiful half-timbered house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Final cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1000.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places as well as to Österlen's various sights make it easy to get around by car or bus.
