On floor 5 there are three bedrooms of which one room with toilet and bathtub. The floors are accessed by elevator or spiral staircase. Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

Cozy basement hideaway

Welcome to stay in our basement crawl space. The bedroom/living room is equipped with sofa bed, 140 bed, TV and a smaller closet. The small kitchenette is equipped with two cooking plates, microwave, fridge and a folding table and two folding stools. Shower and WC are separate. One flight of stairs up you will find the way out to the shared garden. Why not enjoy a good breakfast here in the summer months. Down to the city center/beach, you can walk in less than 15 min. A warm welcome!

A cosy apartment in farmhouse, Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private separate patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skånegården is newly renovated during the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also adorned with art from the studio.
