Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Vårt kära " Grändhus" helt nybyggt för vår familj och vänner samt för andra gäster. Vackert beläget på Östra Stranden - en orörd oas bland fiskarlänger och sjöbodar. Rogivande promenader längst Östersjöns strand. Bra badmöjligheter. Njut av det vackra Söderslätt med många utflyktsmål och golf. Utmärkt utgångspunkt för både besök i Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Köpenhamn. Buss ca 100 meter - tåg till hela Skåne och Danmark från Trelleborg. Passande för ett par utan barn. Värdparet bor i "Strandhuset" och "Sjöboden" i närheten och finns tillgängliga vid behov.

Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
