A very warm welcome to what was our family home now a totally refurbished, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxury townhouse with South facing rear courtyard. Ambrose street is a short 20min walk from York city centre and train station down the banks of the beautiful river Ouse. It's proximity to the Millennium bridge make it ideal for York Races which is only 1 mile away on foot! The house has 1 car parking permit, pls message for help as req’d. This peaceful property suits couples, families and friends.

Parking is available and we're very close to the station and a 7 min stroll to the centre of York. Also it's just off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 107 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.

Following directions from the York Train Station will sound more like a guided tour of York, but the fact that the house is tucked away down a little historic lane ensures that you will have a quiet undisturbed nights sleep.
