Just 1/2 mile from York City centre yet in a peaceful location Hawthorn View offers the best of both worlds. The ground floor apartment is brand new and overlooks a Sustrans cycle way which is lined with Blackberries and Hawthorns when in season. The bedroom can be made up with twin beds or a super king bed and there is a double bed in the living area. With easy access to all of York's attractions and 2 supermarkets on the door step the apartment is a great base for you to enjoy York fully.

A light and tranquil ground floor flat. A 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Free street parking. Please see the map images on my listing for the proximity to York city centre. The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The flat is quiet and clutter free. STRICTLY no smoking or burning of incandescent materials anywhere on the premises.

Beautiful House in York - Parking and Garden.

A beautiful 2 bed house in York, only 10 minutes walk from the city walls and main shopping and cultural areas! Includes parking and a lovely garden that catches the sun on summers days and has plenty of outdoor seating (including a hanging chair). The property is well-equipped and comes with all the things you will need to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property is close to lots of handy shops, cafes and restaurants.

Self-contained peaceful studio, close to York

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!

107 Nunnery Lane is a stylish, pet friendly townhouse with a courtyard & basement cinema. It sleeps 5 but an additional z-bed can be requested for a 6th person (£30 fee per stay). Parking is available and we're very close to the station. 107 is located off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.
