It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Historic 1922 bungalow in Yachats village, restored from the foundation up! Two doors from State Park where you can whale watch or wander down to the marine preserve and tide pools. Two blocks from the charming downtown with restaurants and shops. Inside, there's retro charm and modern comfort. One bedroom features a queen, the other a king. The den has a foldout double. Dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4. The den opens up on a view of Cape Perpetua. Enjoy your stay!

Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. We love our home and know you will as well. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. We have a Great Dane and know very well that you can't leave a family member at home. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.

Cottage is located on the south end of Yachats and a short distance to sandy the sandy beach at Yachats Bay.
