we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The "Ferienhaus-Ostseestrand" is surrounded by a large property and the Baltic Sea is only 80 meters away. For nature lovers, it is the ideal starting point for discovering Fischland, Darß, Zingst, the Darßwald and the endless beaches. Rostock, Warnemünde or Ahrenshoop are not too far away. For bathers, water sports enthusiasts, hikers, culture seekers, cyclists...

The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and a terrace leads to a large garden, through which you can go if you want to reach the Baltic Sea. The property is fenced. Unsere kleine Reiterstube befindet sich in idyllischer Lage direkt auf unserem 200 Jahre alten Hof zwischen Ostsee und Saaler Bodden. Hier leben Katzen, Hühner, Pferde und Schafe harmonisch zusammen. This apartment is the oldest part of the listed thatched roof house (1727) and has a separate entrance. The apartment has a terrace and a parking space (Walbox with type 2 connection available). During the complete renovation in 2003, the old, fascinating building substance such as clay walls, captain's windows, and beamed ceilings was preserved and combined with today's living standards. The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
