We are a close drive to great local dining & to the park, which has a wlkg trail & a playground. We are 11 mi from Conway & it’s 3 colleges, 8 mi to Woolley Hollow St Pk, & Greenbrier is center of flea mkt/antique corridor! We have 3 beds (2 queens and 1 full) Wshr/dryr. Relax inside on the comfy sofa with Fire TV or on the back patio enjoying the quiet!

We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.
