The Bothy cottage in the Cotswolds

The Bothy is a conversion of a 17th Century Cotswold stone stable and a 20th Century kennel building. On the ground floor is the living room with a beautiful wood burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom and a modern shower room. Whilst upstairs, which is accessed from a narrow oak staircase, you can find the twin bedroom. The living room has been fitted to retain all its original features and is furnished in period style. I have included many Georgian and Victorian pieces and have also included a large settee and two arm chairs, dining table and chairs for 4, corner cupboard and a dash of the 21st Century with a Sky television. The Bothy is beautifully situated in the Postlip Coombe on the leeward side of the Cotswolds highest hill and yet only minutes from Winchcombe, a classic Cotswold "wool" town, renowned for its excellent shops, restaurants and architecture.

Named after the Weeping Willow tree right outside the door and located in the beautiful semi-rural village of Stoke Orchard, this recently renovated cottage offers an excellent base from which to explore the Cotswolds. There are great walks and cycle routes straight out of the door, and with Cheltenham Racecourse and Cheltenham town only a short drive away the possibilities for exploring are endless!

Cheesecake Well Cottage is a very peaceful and rural location, on the edge of Cleeve Hill Common, a 1,000 acre area of outstanding natural beauty with a café and golf course. Ideal for the Cotswold Way and Cheltenham Spa, 4 minutes by car from the racecourse, and close to a good pub with hourly bus service between Winchcombe and Cheltenham. The annex is self-contained, with a front door and hallway. Dogs £25 supplement. Private parking. Note the lane has a 1 in 4 to 6 gradient and is bumpy.

This quaint cottage in the beautiful village of Alderton has been refurbished to a high standard, an open plan living area including a kitchen/diner leading into a living space .Off the hallway is a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the second with twin beds and a family bathroom. The outside space offers a small pretty area to relax, read, eat, & drink wine. It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.
