The house is 1.6 km from the Baltic Sea, which can be reached through the forest. The property consists of two separate apartments, but is rented as a whole. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large terrace and a spacious garden with furniture, a grill, a playground and a parking space for 3 cars. The area is fenced and locked.
