Situated atop a moraine—which came to a halt at this very spot during the Ice Age—the property offers a magnificent panoramic view across the countryside and the River Eider. It is located directly adjacent to a water-skiing area, a swimming beach, and a marina for motorboats and sailboats, all within a charming little village.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one in an open gallery above living and dining area) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a fireplace as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

Moin in Drage, this newly renovated FW is located in the heart of Drage. Drage is a very quiet and family-friendly 600 soul village and has a swimming spot right on the Eider for fresh cooling in summer. The North and Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car or via beautiful surrounding bike paths. The FW has seating in the garden, as well as a TV and numerous games for shooting weather days.
