Layout of the octagonal residential tower: Ground floor: Entrance area with passage to the garden, bedroom with single bed, separate bathroom incl. shower. 2nd floor: Living area with sofa, open kitchen with dining area. 2nd floor: double bed and tub bath and balcony into the countryside.

The holiday home "Gute Stube" is part of the original farmhouse of the smallholding "Hufe 9". Just recently - and lovingly - renovated, this little gem now accommodates up to 4 guests in the middle of the outstanding natural beauty of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. With direct access to the lake Plätlinsee it offers both relaxation as well as more active holiday pursuit options (swimming, paddling, hiking etc). The southfacing terrace provides an ideal backdrop for evening BBQs.

Knehden is located in the middle of a nature reserve, only about five kilometers from Templin. In addition to cranes, sea and ospreys can also be observed here.
