This 50 m² apartment on the upper floor is equipped with a fireplace and offers a magnificent view of the natural garden. Our large garden with many fruit trees is ideal for nature-loving families, as well as for those seeking peace and quiet. Hamburg, Lübeck or Schwerin are easily accessible for a day trip. The Schaalsee region offers a variety of cycling and hiking trails.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im grünen Stadtteil Waldstadt in Mölln. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, wenige Minuten vom Schulsee entfernt. Ein EDEKA-Markt und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. PS: Als weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es ein Schlafsofa und Matratzen auf dem ausgebauten Dachboden. Hinweise: Mölln ist eine schöne Kurstadt. Wir übernehmen die Kurtaxe und du kannst mit den Kurkarten Ermäßigungen in Mölln erhalten.

Enjoy relaxing moments in the garden with a swing, hammock, and fire pit, or on the terrace, where a charcoal grill invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. After a day at the lake, just 100 meters away, which you can explore by boat or SUP, the sauna provides soothing relaxation.

Quartier13 - Vacation apartment in Mölln

Our modern apartment, Quartier13, was newly renovated in 2021 and equipped according to the latest standards. This is located on the ground floor and is freely accessible through a separate entrance. The apartment also has a small garden with seating and a grill. The location of the apartment is a quiet street in the middle of a residential area. This has the advantage that the center of Mölln, as well as forest trails and lakes can be reached quickly and easily.

Landhaus bei Schaalsee

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Seven Seas" is suitable for both individual travelers and families. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a maritime designed living room with king size bed, TV and relaxation zone. A separate kitchen with dining table, as well as a shower room complete the apartment.
