Kurze Wege bis zu Ostsee. Toller Naturstrand (im Sommer bewachter Badestrand) mit einem kleinen Hafen und diversen Gaststätten. Vom Hafen aus fährt in der Saison eine Fähre nach Dänemark. 10km bis nach Glücksburg und 20km bis nach Flensburg. Das Haus liegt in einem gemütlichen Wohn-Feriengebiet. Terrasse mit Grill, Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen sind vorhanden, zudem befindet sich im Garten eine Aussensauna, welche kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis enthalten.

Zwei Balkone (zum Hafen und in das romantische Kapitänsviertel) bieten Sonnenplätze zu jeder Tageszeit, stilvoll sanierte Räume, Kaminofen, schwarze Designerküche… Zurzeit werden die Wohnungen im 1. und 2. OG fertiggestellt und es könnten gelegentlich noch Baugeräusche auftreten.
